Camp Johnson Tree Lighting

We had a wonderful evening celebrating the holidays among our fellow Marines and their families. We have been blessed to meet some really wonderful people during our time at Camp Johnson. The bond that we share with our military friends is often just as strong and in many ways stronger than those we share with family. The Marine Corps is such a small community and for the most part we rally around each other in ways that even many families do not. They grant us a level of understanding that people in the civilian world can not begin to comprehend. This is why I feel very honored to be a part of their celebration and I am proud to be part of this Marine Corps community!
