OUR SILLY KITTY

I always find my little orange girl curled up sleeping in the cutest poses.
Now I hate her being on the kitchen table but look how sweet she is! Of course I left her there!
Yet another time when she is curled up on the table that she is not allowed on. Apparently Marty could not make her get down either. Naturally he got a picture for me since I was out. Just more evidence of her disobedience!
Isn't she a mess, a very cute mess!

FOR MY DARLING FAY

We bought a Manx kitten from a breeder in Missouri. I was going to fly out to get her and visit my darling, beautiful friend Fay but circumstances prevented the trip. Well, Fay has been nagging me to post pictures of this kitten that I rave about so here they are! (Love you Fay) For those of you that are unfamiliar with the Manx breed just look them up and you will see why I rave about these cats. They are awesome and I had the good fortune to have one as a pet many years ago and have been wanting another for a long time. When the boys started asking for a cat I knew it had to be a Manx! Okay Fay you are only an hour away go get one!
She curls up every night with either Gabriel or Caleb and that alone makes her priceless! They are much more like dogs than cats. She will lick everyone and is so affectionate and sweet. We gave her a Manx name of Ayden, which means little fire and Zaira, which means princess.
She is also very patient with the boys and tolerates their constant attention quite well.
These are the moments that make my heart sing!
I guess she wasn't getting enough attention.

Aren't they sweet! What a life!

A VISIT FROM NANNY STARTED IT ALL

My sister came to visit with her puppies and Gabe absolutely loved her little Havanese Matilda. Gabe and Caleb helped walk her dogs every day. Tootsie is much too large for them to walk and cuddle. Nanny suggested that we get them a Cairn Terrier. So I began searching online, with the help of big sis, and of course there were no breeders nearby. There were plenty in PA so Nanny said if we coud find one in PA she would pick it up and bring it down when she returns in a few weeks. Now I had some reservations about ever getting the dog from her once she had it especially since she wanted one for herself.
Then while we were out today Jim suggested we stop by the local pet store and there he was waiting for us.
OUR NEW BABY BUDDY BARE

It was love at first sight! Naturally all Gabe and Caleb had to say was "Daddy can we keep him" and it was a done deal! The tough Marine is always brought to his knees by his little guys.
Tootsie has been a very patient big sister just allowing him to nibble on her. That's my girl!
He will be about 15 pounds or less and they are excellent with children. So he is just right for our little guys to love, walk and care for.

Isn't he too cute!
